Now open to every creative team
An AI project manager for creative teams
Send your client a design and they comment right on it, in any browser. Every request turns into a ticket with a screenshot of the spot. If they would rather talk it through, they can call Robin.
What Robin does
Your client comments on the work. You get tickets.
Your client reviews in the browser, at a time they pick. Zamora Design built Robin for our own client work, and our clients were the first to use it.
Collects comments on the file
Your client clicks anywhere on an image or a PDF, or on a moment in a video, and types what they mean right there. They don't need an account, and a phone works fine.
Files tickets
Robin turns each request into a ticket with the client's own words and a picture of where they clicked. It lands on your board under that client, assigned to whoever you picked when you sent it.
Takes review calls for you
Your client can press Call Robin on the review and talk it through. Robin files tickets as the call goes. You get the transcript and the screens they marked up, and no audio is kept.
Choose how Robin talks on a call
Choose Robin's voice, whether answers stay short or talk things out, and whether Robin offers a view on the work or only listens. All in Settings.
Who Robin is for
Anyone whose feedback arrives in pieces
Studios waiting on client feedback
Feedback comes in by email, by text and in calls nobody wrote down. A review link gets it onto the file instead, in the client's own words.
Designers working on their own
You are the designer and the project manager. Robin takes most of the second job: you send the file and work through the tickets.
Leaders giving feedback to their own team
Share a draft on a group link. Everyone comments under their own name, and each point becomes a ticket you can assign.
How a review works
No meeting to book. That's the point.
Send the file
Nothing to install, no account
Upload an image, a PDF or a video on Home, say who it's for, and send it by email, by text or as a link. Each person gets a link of their own.
They review it on their own time
Any day, any time
Your client clicks the spot they mean and types, or presses Call Robin to talk it through. When they have said everything, they press Done reviewing and you hear about it.
The tickets are waiting
Nothing to write up
You get an email or a Slack message when they first open it and when they comment. By then every request is already on your board.
Pricing
Pay for the people, not the tickets
Every plan runs the same Robin. The plans differ in how many calls you get, how much you can store, how large a file or video you can share, and how many people you can bring in.

Frequent Questions
Before you send the first link
No. They open the link in a browser, on a computer or a phone, and start commenting. A group link asks only for a name, so several people can comment under their own.
