The agreement

Terms of Service

The agreement between Robin and the studios that use it, in plain language.

Last updated: October 26, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Zamora Design LLC (“we”), the company that makes Robin. “You” means the studio that uses Robin and the person accepting for it. By creating a workspace or using Robin, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to agree for your business. Admins manage members, settings and billing. You are responsible for everything done in your workspace. Keep your sign-in private and report suspected misuse to hello@zamora.design.

2. You and your clients

Robin is not a party to your client agreements. What you send, charge and promise is between you and your client. You need permission to email the contacts you add, and you are responsible for telling your clients how their information is used. Our Privacy Policy and What Robin records describe what Robin keeps.

3. Templates are not legal advice

The starter MSA, SOW and email templates are a starting point. Have your own lawyer review them before use.

4. Electronic signatures

Robin records each signature and acceptance (see the Privacy Policy) but does not guarantee that any signed or accepted document is enforceable.

5. Payments

Client payments go from your client to your own Stripe account; Robin never holds or transmits funds. Stripe’s terms and fees apply. Robin takes no fee on client payments today; we will tell you before that changes. When a client saves a payment method for recurring invoices, Robin shows them the authorization and emails them a copy. If a client asks you to remove a saved method, remove it.

6. Robin’s AI

Robin’s assistant is an AI and says so on every call. Do not present it as a person. AI gets things wrong: check what Robin produces before you rely on it or send it. Robin uses outside AI models, and content sent to them may be used to improve those providers’ products. The Privacy Policy says what is sent and when.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Robin to send spam or email people without their permission, deceive your clients, upload anything illegal or that you have no right to share, break into or overload Robin, or copy or resell it. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules and will tell you why unless law or safety prevents it.

8. Your content

What you and your clients put into Robin stays yours. You let us store, process, display and send it only as needed to run, support, secure and improve Robin, through the providers in the Privacy Policy. That permission ends when the content is deleted, except copies the law requires. You confirm you have the right to put it in Robin. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation.

9. Plans and cancellation

Paid plans bill through Stripe at the price and interval shown at checkout and renew until you cancel. Trials charge when they end unless cancelled first. Cancel from Manage billing in Settings, effective at the end of the paid period; no partial refunds unless the law requires. Price changes come with 30 days’ email notice.

10. Availability

Robin is in beta: we do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and features change. If we remove something you pay for, we will tell you first.

11. Closing a workspace

Write to hello@zamora.design to close your workspace. We may suspend or close one that breaks these terms or has unpaid fees. For a copy of your data or its deletion, write to privacy@zamora.design; records the law requires us to keep stay, and we will tell you which and why.

12. Disclaimers

Robin is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

14. Claims about your use

If someone brings a claim against us because of your content, your client agreements or your breach of these terms, you will defend us and cover the costs.

15. Law and disputes

California law governs. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Contra Costa County, California. Before filing, write to us and give us 30 days to resolve it.

16. Changes

We post changes here and update the date. Material changes are emailed before they take effect; continued use accepts them.

17. The rest

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement. If part is unenforceable, the rest stands. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them if Robin is sold or moves within our control.
